Certificates for test users

If you already have a certificate for production BankID, you can log in to https://demo.bankid.com and issue test certificates as explained below. This is also possible using an existing valid test certificate.

• Prepare a name and "personnummer" (Swedish national identification number) for the test users you wish to create.
• The personnummer should be a valid 12-digit number in the format YYYYMMDDNNNN.
  Important

  If you do not have a personnummer, you can generate one for testing at https://www.personnummer.nu. The website provides numbers in the format YYMMDD-NNNN. This means that you need to convert the generated number to the format YYYYMMDDNNNN before you can use it.

If you do not have a BankID, you may order a code from https://demo.bankid.com/ordercode and issue new test users.
