# Service specific terms

(i) Subject to the Service Specific Terms below, the Customer may use the services, identification data or the software delivered by Signicat.
(ii) The Customer agrees that the Service Specific Terms apply in addition to the terms of the Agreement and that these terms shall prevail in the event of conflict.
(iii) The Service Specific Terms are specific only to certain products, and are only applicable if such products with additional Service Specific Terms are purchased by the Customer. The applicable products and their Service Specific Terms are listed below.
