In the case of EH 1.13 IDPs might send both KVK and RSIN in the same attribute, for this you have to check the nameQualifier of the received attributes.

The API will provide two attributes with the same name: "urn:etoegang:core:LegalSubjectID" but the nameQualifier will define the actual meaning of the attribute:

• KVK namespace for the KVK value
• RSIN namespace for the RSIN value
