Attributes reference
When you integrate Signicat IAM (SIAM) and want to verify the identity of users accessing your online services, you request and obtain personal information relevant to your use case.
To find scopes and examples relevant for a specific authentication protocol, visit:
On these pages, you can also find examples of requests and responses that show the structure and format of the data objects.
Personal data and attributes
The following table provides an overview of the standard end-user data (attributes) found within the SIAM product that you can request during authentication.
These are the standard attributes available in SIAM. However, note that authentications might return a subset of these attributes depending on availability.
Since you can configure which attributes to require and show on user profiles and registration invitations, only the attributes configured in your SIAM platform will become available. These standard attributes are natively mapped to protocol-specific claims and fields for OIDC and the Authentication REST API.
SIAM extra scope (ownidp-extra)
SIAM allows you to define and store custom attributes like customised user metadata, member IDs or specialized registration details.
To retrieve your custom attributes in an authentication flow, you need to include the ownidp-extra scope in your authentication request.
To learn how to manage and create custom attributes on your SIAM platform, see the Custom attributes section in the main SIAM product documentation.
