Integration guide
We recommend that you test our services with your sandbox account before implementing them in production.
Prerequisites
Request access
Before you can start using eParaksts Mobile in a production account, you need to configure access with an onboarding manager. To get help with this, please contact us.
Create a production account
Once you have received the needed permissions, create a production account in the Signicat Dashboard:
- Go to Signicat Dashboard > Organisation management.
- Click Add Account.
- Enter the name of your account under Account Name.
- Tick the Production account type.
- Click Create to create the new account.
Add a domain
To handle network communication between your application and the eID Hub, you need a domain associated to your account(s).
When integrating with eParaksts Mobile, you can choose to configure:
- A custom domain. A domain with a certificate for your website (for example,
login.acme.com). - A standard Signicat domain. A domain with a Signicat subdomain address (for example,
example.app.signicat.com).
For instructions on how to add a domain in your account, see the domains documentation.
Add eParaksts Mobile
To activate eParaksts Mobile in your account, you need to add it to the eIDs in the Dashboard.
To do this:
- In the Signicat Dashboard, navigate to Products > eID Hub > eIDs.
- Select + Add new.
- Choose eParaksts Mobile from the list.
Set up an authentication protocol
To integrate with eParaksts Mobile for signing documents electronically, please continue with the integration on the Electronic Signing documentation.
To establish a connection between Signicat eParaksts Mobile and your application for authentication or identity verification, you need to set up an authentication protocol.
Signicat offers integrations with the following authentication protocols:
For information about how to set up the different protocols, see the Quick start guide. Integrate with one of the protocols following the steps in the eID Hub documentation.
