This documentation is now deprecated.

We are migrating to our new Digital Trust Platform (DTP), which contains the latest developer documentation for Registry Lookups - now renamed to Data Verification. This means that the Registry Lookups Express documentation is now deprecated.

# Registry Lookups - Express identity verification APIs

Signicat's registry lookup services help you comply with AML laws. These Express identity verification API services allow you to verify and monitor retrieved customer data from different national and commercial registries, for both natural persons and organisations.

The services are offered through a single point of integration, which means that you don't have to implement towards several services separately, which often have limited geographic coverage and use distinct standards.

Signicat offers two identity verification APIs, the Information API and the Monitoring API. For conceptual information about these two APIs, see Types of identity verification lookups. For reference documentation, see the links in the APIs section below.

If you are unfamiliar with how the lookup services can be used, see the Use cases page.
