What is the Signicat standard graphical profile?
Signicat have launched a standard graphical profile. It can be customized to give the user a seamles experience with the rest of your website. Signicat guarantees that the profile will work with all Signicat solutions. This saves our customer time and money on integration.

Why can’t I edit html/css?
The Graphical profile editor in the Customer Portal is a tool to edit the Signicat standard graphical profile. It is not meant to be a complete tool for editing web-pages.

Why aren’t my existing profiles visible in the customer portal?
The Graphical Profile Editor is not integrated with Signicats production system. So it’s not able to load any profiles launched in services in production. The Graphical profile editor is a tool to edit Signicat standard graphical profiles.
How does it relate to production/preprod?
The Graphical profile editor is a tool to edit Signicat standard graphical profiles. It is not not integrated with Signicats production system.
What happens on submit?
If you choose to submit a profile, it will be sent to Signicats Service Desk and a support-ticket will be established. You will be contacted by Signicat Support when the ticket is launched to preprod. If you are happy with how the profile works in preprod, you can ask the Service Desk to launch it in production.
What costs are related to submitting a profile?
Submitting a graphical profile from the customer portal will create a support ticket with Signicats Service Desk. This is treated as a regular support ticket and will incur regular support costs as stipulated in your contract with Signicat.
Usually you will have a set number of graphical profiles in your contract, ordering extra graphical profiles will incur extra monthly costs, but this will always be discussed with your Key-Account-Manager and manually cleared with you before any new profiles are billed.
