Added lock scope configuration in Signicat Dashboard

We have added the possibility to configure the lock scope following failed authentication attempts in the Signicat Dashboard.

What is the lock scope?

The lock scope determines the lock behaviour following failed authentication attempts. This can be either:

  • Device: Locks the entire device.
  • Authentication method: Locks only the authentication used.

To configure it yourself:

  1. Go to Signicat Dashboard > Products > MobileID > Application behaviour.
  2. Select the Authentication tab, then navigate to the Lock scope section on the page.
  3. Use the radio buttons to select the desired lock scope, then click Save.
