Added claim for segmenting users and transactions

We have added a new claim called mobileid_user_segment, allowing you to segment end-users and corresponding transactions, as well as use it for statistics.

This claim belongs to the mobileid_extra scope, and is returned in the ID token part of the token response.

This is an optional field configured on user accounts, which allows you to segment end-users and corresponding transactions. You can also use it for statistics.
