Web scenarios
In this section we will guide you through all the different scenarios you can do on WSB bank website.
On the portal home page, select Bank Demo.
To run the web demos it requires that you have onboarded a demo user in the in-app demo.
Website login
In this scenario you will use your WSB in-app demo app to login to the WSB bank website.
You need to know the username of your demo user before you can start this scenario, see this guide on how to find your username.
The push notification is just for convenience to improve the user experience. It is not required to click on it, you can just as well open the app directly.
When approving the authentication, you have three options:
- Approve: This button defaults to a biometric authentication if it has been activated. If biometrics have not been activated, then the button will default to a PIN authentication.
- Use PIN: This button triggers a PIN authentication
- Cancel: This button cancels the transfer.
Transfer money
In this scenario you will use your WSB in-app demo app to approve a money transfer initiated on the WSB bank website.
The push notification is just for convenience to improve the user experience. It is not required to click on it, you can just as well open the app directly.
When approving the transfer, you have three options:
- Approve: This button defaults to a biometric authentication if it has been activated. If biometrics have not been activated, then the button will default to a PIN authentication.
- Use PIN: This button triggers a PIN authentication
- Cancel: This button cancels the transfer.
