Deactivate user
To start an onboarding again you need to deactivate the current demo user. Once you have deactivated the user the onboarding is triggered again. Please not that the current set up will only deactivate the authentication credentials and not your demo user, to deactivate both
- Deactivate user in-app (see process below)
- Delete demo user on the WSB website
You will find the in-app deactivation feature under the profile section of the app.
Find username
To initiate a transaction on the WSB bank and call center website its required to know the username of the active user in the in-app demo. To find the active username please go to the profile page.
