App scenarios

In this section we will guide you through all the different scenarios you can do within the in-app demo app.

This requires that you have installed the app and logged in using your portal user. See Get access to the in-app demo app for more details.

Onboard and activate MobileID

In our onboarding process we use Bank ID to verify the identity of the demo user. Since this is a demo we are not triggering a real Bank ID transaction, and you are not required to provide real Bank ID data.

The identity verification is not a process in MobileID and can be different from country to county, while MobileID onboarding and authentication will be the same in all countries.

Change name

You can update the name shown in the identity verification in the web portal, see details here

Now the identity verification is completed. Next step is to create a ReuseID user and activate MobileID authentication credentials.

Onboarding completed

You have now onboarded and activated MobileID for a new demo user in our demo environment. Now you can perform in-app and web initiated authentications and authorisations. If you want to demonstrate the onboarding again, then deactivate the demo user and start over.

App login

Once you have onboarded and activate MobileID you can use MobileID to login to the in-app demo app.

Transfer money

On the home page of our in-app demo app you will see the banking accounts and details. From here you can start a money transfer.

When approving the money transfer, you have three options:

  • Approve: This button defaults to a biometric authentication if it has been activated. If biometrics have not been activated, then the button will default to a PIN authentication.
  • Use PIN: This button triggers a PIN authentication
  • Cancel: This button cancels the transfer.

Cancel money transfer

Another scenario can be to cancel the money transfer.
