Manage demo users
Add demo user
The banking demo supposes the existence of a bank customer who already holds accounts at West Springfield Bank.
Set up your bank user before your run the demo for others, it will help avoid confusing your viewers with what might look like an insecure enrolment process.
Remove demo user
When you are done with your demo user you can delete it, this will allow you to use the same username again.
If you remove a demo user that is active in the app you will get an error. To see details and how to start over please look at the section below.
Deactivate user on the device
If you have previously activated using the WSB mobile app and want to activate again with a different user, you will need to deactivate the mobile app. Click the “hamburger menu” (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the mobile app main screen. Select “Deactivate” and follow the prompt:
