Prerequisites

Before you can run any of our demos, you need to get access to the demo environment and the apps.

Get access to the demo portal

To get access to our WSB demo portal, you need to sign up and verify your email.

What are these credentials for?

These login credential are for your portal user, which is created to access the demo environment.

You use these credentials to log in to the demo portal and in-app demo.

To do this:

1. On the demo portal login page, click the Sign up! link.

2. Populate the signup form fields with the required information.

Once you have signed up, you can log in with your email and password.

• The browser will remember the user for a couple of weeks.
• If you clear your browser data or restart the computer, then you will need to log in again.

Update or forgotten password

To update the password for your portal user, you can either update it after login, or use the Forgot password? flow if you have forgotten your existing credentials.

Update password

1. Log into the demo portal, expand the menu, then click Change password.

2. Populate the signup form fields with the required information.

Forgotten password

1. On the demo portal login page, click the Forgot password? link.

2. Enter your email address, then click the RESET PASSWORD button.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your email address, enter a new password, then click the RESET PASSWORD button to confirm.

Change name

Demo vs Portal user

Demo users are the customers of WSB. Every time you activate the app or add a new user in the WSB portal, you create a new demo user. Portal users are required to access the demo portal, whereas demo users are the ones that you use when you run the demo scenarios.

By default, your demo users will get the first and last name that you used when you signed up to the demo portal.

You can update this name by clicking on Update Name on the menu in the top-right corner.

This name will be shown during the in-app onboarding process and used to generate a username for your demo users.

iOS

To install our in-app demo app on your iPhone, you have to:

1. Install Apple's TestFlight app.
2. Scan the QR code below on your mobile device.
3. Install the latest version.

Log in to the mobile app

Open the in-app demo app and use your portal user to login.

This is to login to our demo environment on the mobile app. You only have to do this once at the first time you start the app after a fresh installation.
