Overview
The Overview tab shows at a glance how your workflows perform. It provides a summary of the most relevant metrics for a selected time window.

Mint Analylitcs Overview
The Overview tab is made up of the following menus:
Efficiency
The Efficiency horizontal bar graph shows the average efficiency score of your top workflows.
Time
The Time horizontal bar graph shows the average completion time of your top workflows.
Performance
The Performance chart shows the total number of user journeys started, completed, abandoned and failed over time for a selected time range. Learn more about this chart in the Performance section below.
Efficiency
The Efficiency tab lists all your workflows with at least one user journey. For each workflow, check the following metrics:
- Total journeys: The number of user journeys run for each individual workflow.
- Success ratio: The percentage of user journeys completed successfully.
- Step success rate: The percentage of steps within the user journeys completed successfully.
- Drop-off ratio: The percentage of user journeys that started but either became idle or were left incomplete by the end-users.
- Average time: The average time to complete a user journey.
- Score: Average efficiency score: A compound score that indicates how quickly and accurately flows are completed compared to the expected baseline. A higher score indicates overall better performance and lower processing time.
Adjust the time filter to receive values for a custom time range.
Performance
The Performance tab shows the number of user journeys started, completed, abandoned and failed across all your workflows over time. The time series data is automatically compared to the previous period (using a dashed line). For example, the data for last month is displayed next to the data from the month before.

Mint Analylitcs Performance
In the Performance tab, you can navigate between the following views:
Total journeys
The Total journeys chart shows the number of user journeys started for all your workflows.
Completed journeys
The Completed journeys chart shows the number of user journeys that have been completed successfully.
Drop-off journeys
The Drop-off journeys chart shows the number of user journeys that have been started but never terminated. There could be many reasons why end-users drop off. For example, some workflows involve a step to wait for confirmation from a third-party service that fails. It is important to remember that user journey sessions last for a maximum of 30 days and will be cancelled afterwards.
Failed journeys
The Total journeys chart shows the number of user journeys that ended with an error. Typically, this happens when a step in the user journey encounters an error and fails.
