Create text-based file

Creates a file with structured or unstructured, text-based data. You can choose between the following file formats: CSV, JSON, TXT and YAML. At the end of a user journey, the file is ready for download in the Mint Journeys page.

Add the step

To add the Create text-based file step to your flow, do this:

  1. In the Signicat Dashboard, navigate to Products > Signicat Mint.
  2. Open your flow.
  3. In the Builder UI, select the plus icon (+). Then, select Step.
  4. In the "Steps" menu on the left, select Create text-based file.

Now, configure the attributes as explained below.

When you add this step in your workflow, you need to configure its attributes. The tables below describe each attribute and its properties.

Where is the file stored?

As soon as the user completes this step, you can retrieve and download the file from the Files tab in the user journey report in the Mint Journeys page.
