Add person to monitor

Add a person to an existing monitor in the Ongoing Monitoring service.

This step integrates the Add a person endpoint from the Signicat Person Monitoring API into your flows.

How this works

The fields that you configure inside this Mint step map to the corresponding parameters in the Person Monitoring API endpoint. When the workflow runs, Mint sends requests to the API in the background, without you having to write any code or integrating with the API.

Add the step​

To add the Add person to monitor step to your flow, do this:

  1. In the Signicat Dashboard, navigate to Products > Signicat Mint.
  2. Open your flow.
  3. In the Builder UI, select the plus icon (+). Then, select Step.
  4. In the "Steps" menu on the left, select Add person to monitor.

Now, configure the attributes as explained below.
