Download signed documents

Allows you to download all signed documents for a completed sign order. By default, files are saved using the name at upload time, but you can edit the name specifically for download.

As soon as the sign order is signed by all parties, you can retrieve and download the signed document(s) from the Files tab in the user journey report in the Mint Journeys page.

Add the step

To add the Download signed documents step to your workflow, do the following:

  1. In the Signicat Dashboard, navigate to Products > Signicat Mint.
  2. Open your workflow.
  3. In the Builder UI, click the plus icon (+). Then, click Add a step.
  4. In the steps menu, search for Download signed documents.

Now, configure the step as explained below.

Where are the file stored?
