Organisation UBO lookup

Provides information about the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) of an organisation, essential for compliance with Know Your Business (KYB) regulations. This feature helps identify UBOs, assess ownership structures, and mitigate risks linked to fraud and money laundering.

The Organisation UBO lookup step integrates the Ultimate beneficial owners endpoint of the Signicat Data Verification API into your flows.

How this works

The fields you configure inside the Mint step map to corresponding parameters in the Data Verification API endpoint. When the workflow runs, Mint sends requests to the API in the background, without you having to write any code.

Signicat Mint integrates with most endpoints of the Signicat Data Verification API; each endpoint corresponds to a step. Learn more about the Data Verification endpoints in the API overview.

Add the step

To add the Organisation UBO lookup step to your flow, do this:

1. In the Signicat Dashboard, navigate to Products > Signicat Mint.
2. Open your flow.
3. In the Builder UI, select the plus icon (+). Then, select Step.
4. In the "Steps" menu on the left, select Organisation UBO lookup.
