Organisation Roles lookup

Retrieves information about the roles of natural persons who have a registered role within an organisation, such as board members and daily management. In addition, this step returns information about external third-party service providers, such as accountancy and bookkeeping firms.

The data ensures that only authorised individuals access sensitive resources, aiding compliance with KYC/KYB/AML regulations and automating workflows.

The Organisation Roles lookup step integrates the Roles endpoint of the Signicat Data Verification API into your flows.

How this works

The fields you configure inside the Mint step map to corresponding parameters in the Data Verification API endpoint. When the workflow runs, Mint sends requests to the API in the background, without you having to write any code.

Signicat Mint integrates with most endpoints of the Signicat Data Verification API; each endpoint corresponds to a step. Learn more about the Data Verification endpoints in the API overview.

Add the step

To add the Organisation Roles lookup step to your flow, do this:

  1. In the Signicat Dashboard, navigate to Products > Signicat Mint.
  2. Open your flow.
  3. In the Builder UI, select the plus icon (+). Then, select Step.
  4. In the "Steps" menu on the left, select Organisation Roles lookup.

Now, configure the attributes as explained below.
