We have added ReadID for NFC-based verification, introduced workflow performance analytics and added collapsible table views in forms.

What's new?
  • NFC-Based verification: ReadID is now available for document verification.
  • Performance analytics: Analyse average workflow completion times and efficiency scores.
  • Form enhancements: Expand up to 50 table columns, search dropdown lists, and use collapsible table views.
  • Device info: Automatically collect user metadata such as IP address, browser and language.

  • ReadID available. The provider ReadID has been added to the ID Document and Biometric Verification steps. It provides NFC-based document verification.

  • Receive and read person monitor changes. New steps allow receiving and viewing changes in the monitoring service as well as setting them to read.

Resolved issues ​

  • Fixed: Results surpassing paging limit. Long lists of PEP and sanctions matches with low scores and certainty could surpass the paging limit of 100. Results are now limited to 100.

  • Collapsible table views. Tables can now be collapsed or expanded with one click for improved navigation.
  • Searchable dropdown elements. All dropdown inputs are now searchable.
  • Optional row headers. Tables can be configured to display row headers and their count.

  • Workflow performance analytics. A new analytics page has been added, featuring average completion times, efficiency scores, and more.

  • Hide the retry button. When a journey fails, a configuration can now hide the retry button for end-users.

Resolved issues ​

  • Fixed: WebSocket connection on older Safari. Older Safari versions failed to recognise certain CSP directives, causing aborted connections. This is now resolved.

  • Field types shown in form builder. When editing or creating a form, each element now displays its field type.
