Added Samleikin authentication-based signing

We have added support for Samleikin as an authentication-based signing method in Sign API v2, enabling Faroese end-users to sign documents using Samleikin.

To use Samleikin, set identityProviders[].idpName to samleikin and signingFlow to AUTHENTICATION_BASED in the signingSetup array.
