Sign API v2 release notes

We have added support for Samleikin as an authentication-based signing method in Sign API v2, enabling Faroese end-users to sign documents using Samleikin.

We have added support for configuring pre-authentication identity providers independently of signing identity providers.

We have introduced Smart-ID and Estonian ID-card PKI signing, alongside signature forwarding, reject/cancel options, mandatory view actions, and PKI sealing archiving.
